6. Professional Status and Collaborating Professionals

Platinum Legal Spain brings together a team of legal and professional specialists, including bar-registered solicitors (abogados registered with their respective Colegio de Abogados), tax advisers, and other qualified professionals. Any matter that requires a bar-registered solicitor is handled by a registered member of our team, so regulated legal work is always carried out by a qualified, registered professional. Engaging these professionals does not increase your fees unless expressly agreed in writing, and each remains independently responsible for their own advice and services.
