1. Introduction

These Visa Services Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of online visa processing services, digital portal access, document management, and associated administrative support (collectively, the “Visa Services”).

By creating an account, uploading documentation, or making payment through the Visa Services platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with registration or payment.

4. Scope of Visa Services

Visa Services may include:

Services do not include legal representation before courts or discretionary decision-making authorities unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Service Provider Status

All immigration and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant governmental authorities or consular bodies.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a guarantee of approval or processing time.

6. Account Registration and Security

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Notify us of unauthorised account use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information is provided.

7. Fees, Payments and Disbursements

• All payments are processed by Retail Consulting UK Ltd.
• Payment must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed.
• Fees may include platform access, document review, preparation, and submission assistance.
• Government fees, translation costs, courier fees, insurance, and other third-party costs are separate and payable in addition.

8. Right to Cancel and Statutory Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may ordinarily have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into this contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, by proceeding with payment and confirming your request for immediate commencement of services, you:

• Expressly request that services begin immediately; and
• Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once performance has begun.

9. Refund Policy

The following fees are non-refundable once the relevant stage has commenced:

• Platform access fees once account activation occurs;
• Document review fees once review has begun;
• Application preparation fees once drafting commences;
• Submission fees once application has been submitted;
• Government filing fees;
• Third-party costs including translations, courier, apostille, or insurance services.

Visa refusal, processing delays, or requests for additional documentation by authorities do not entitle the Client to a refund.

10. Client Obligations and Warranties

You warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• All documentation is authentic and lawfully obtained.
• You will promptly provide additional documentation where requested.

We accept no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

11. No Guarantee of Outcome

Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant authorities.

Retail Consulting UK Ltd does not guarantee:

• Visa approval;
• Processing timeframes;
• Outcome of applications.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific Visa Service.
• We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• We are not liable for delays or refusals caused by governmental authorities.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud or personal injury where prohibited by law.

13. Service Availability and Interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the online portal.

Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, system updates, or technical issues shall not constitute breach of contract.

14. Data Protection

Retail Consulting UK Ltd acts as Data Controller for personal data processed in connection with Visa Services.

Processing is governed by the Visa Services Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services where:

• Fraudulent or misleading information is provided;
• Payment is disputed or reversed;
• These Terms are breached.

Termination does not entitle refund of non-refundable fees.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
