6. Professional Status and Collaborating Professionals

Platinum Legal Spain acts as legal specialists and not as a law firm. We may engage and collaborate with bar-registered lawyers, tax advisors, and other qualified professionals where necessary to deliver services. Delegation of work to such professionals does not increase fees unless expressly agreed in writing. Each collaborating professional remains independently responsible for their own advice and services.

7. User Eligibility and Obligations
